One size helmet fits all – With the quick interchangeable 5mm or 10mm new sweat-absorbing Comfortable internal liner mixed with the new Technology Roller Size Adjuster you get the size range for juniors XS-XL and adults XS-M plus. RGM has the dial adjuster at the back which is the best sizing test, the thicker padding is included and only really needed for small heads or younger kids.
