Shipping

We aim to supply all in stock items within 1-2 days – this can vary depending on your delivery location. We use Royal Mail for the majority of deliveries as they deliver reliably across the UK and Channel Islands.

We also offer the use of DX courier which is a UK wide next day delivery service, they cannot deliver next day to highlands and islands of Scotland.

International deliveries will have shipping quotes on the website, regions that do not have quotes will be quoted upon ordering or with prior consultation, these prices can all fluctuate and we may contact you about extra fees for delivery. All international deliveries are at your own risk, all size charts are provided by the manufacturer so please take care to choose the right size and bear in mind the fit is not guaranteed as every person is different, we highly recommend choosing helmets with the comfort strip system as the size is adjustable.

Please note your order may be subject to customs tax that your government implements when importing. We are not accountable for the charges and if you feel the charges are unfair, you will have to take this up with the courier. If failure to pay customs means the parcel is returned back to us, we will not be able to cover the cost to resend the parcel, or be able to refund the postage. If your parcel is returned couriers often charge a return cost that we will then deduct from your refund. Please make sure you have considered the customs charges and checked what your rate will be in your delivery location.

Please note that international returns are at your own cost unless the item received is faulty.

Returns

We offer a no quibble guarantee for any product returned within 30 days provided that it is returned in its original packaging and condition.

If the item returned is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. You must contact us in advance of returning an item so that we can arrange an appropriate returns service. We consider a product to be faulty if it is not of satisfactory quality (i.e. what a reasonable person would be happy with, taking into account all relevant factors such as the item’s price), fit for the purpose for which it is intended and/or it does not last a reasonable amount of time, allowing for normal wear and tear.

For items returned which are NOT faulty the postage will not be refunded, only the price of the items will be refunded.

The cost of returning goods which are NOT faulty will be at the customers expense, however we can arrange collections by various couriers or send you a pre paid label but we will have to charge for this, we are likely to get cheaper rates especially for longer items. We recommend returning small items by royal mail tracked 48 or 24hr as this often costs less than £6, longer items can be sent via Parcelforce from your local post office.

We will refund, replace or repair any products which have defective manufacturing within 6 months of purchase. This time period may be extended, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty.

We are not able to offer refunds for accidental damage or damage caused through misuse.
